I had always believed I had a very “powerful” mindset, but also certain character-related limitations, influenced by a lack of tools — particularly communication tools — that prevented me from expressing my full potential. For this reason, together with my company, we decided to undertake a coaching journey.
I deeply love my work and I need to constantly feel challenged: to give 200% and set the pace. But when you are managing 30 people, that is not enough.
Claudia certainly helped me. First, by confirming and strengthening the positivity that emerges in the relationship between me and my work, and by validating the potential I feel within myself. Then, by providing me with tools to keep those emotions linked to success constantly active — the emotions that give me the fuel to always give my best.
I learned to manage my communication more effectively depending on the situation. We are often influenced by our past experiences and emotional blocks. Claudia gave me strategies to overcome these barriers and maintain a constructive mindset when facing the different situations and people I deal with every day at work.
