When I first met Claudia, I was the kind of person who was waiting to give up.
I was living through an oppressive, sad and wrong marital situation, a great deal of frustration at work, anxiety and general dissatisfaction.
I was waiting to resign myself. I was waiting for the day when I would finally tell myself that happiness was not meant for me, and that I would simply adapt to the life I was living, limping along as if in a shoe that was too tight.
Fortunately, however, no one is destined to resign themselves and limp through life.
Through daily practice, I saw, felt and came to know that I deserved all the joy in the world, and a life that was truly mine. Wonderfully mine.
I found courage and strength within myself. I visualised myself in joy — and then I found that joy. It became real. It became my life, at last.
Thank you, Claudia.
