I began this journey three months after joining the company — an organisation I was familiar with, but not as an employee. Almost immediately, we had to start working from home due to the lockdown, which created objective difficulties in understanding the company’s dynamics and building relationships with colleagues.
I can say that, from the initial sense of disorientation, the situation has now clearly improved. On one hand, I have certainly become more integrated into the company’s processes and projects. On the other, coaching has helped me above all in managing relationships and stress.
However, I feel I have gained the greatest benefit from this experience in my private life, especially considering that the journey began shortly after moving to Switzerland and just before an almost immediate lockdown.
I find that the morning neuro-emotional education exercises help me defuse disempowering thoughts and focus my days more effectively, generating a greater sense of satisfaction.
