This journey has been a true process of transformation. When I started, I felt that something was not right, but I couldn’t clearly understand what it was. Today, I have developed a much deeper awareness of my emotions, my thoughts, and how I respond to situations.
One of the most important things I’ve gained is the ability to observe myself and to manage what happens in my life in a completely different way. The way I deal with situations today is very different from a few months ago. I feel much more in control, more centered, and with a higher quality of life.
What I’ve understood is that change is possible, but it is a process. It doesn’t happen overnight—it requires commitment, consistency, and the willingness to work on yourself. But step by step, by training the mind and emotions as if they were muscles, you truly reach a new level of balance.
Claudia gave me practical tools that I can use every day. Even in moments when I move away from that balance, I know I can find my way back. And this completely changes how I live my daily life.
One image that has stayed with me is “learning to dance with life.” Today, I truly feel this: more fluidity, less resistance, and a greater ability to move through situations with calm and trust.
Another important aspect is that change doesn’t only happen internally, but also externally. When you change within, you naturally begin to reassess areas of your life and align them with who you have become. This requires energy and courage, but it is part of the process.
What I can say today is that I have found a sense of mental peace and inner calm that I had been searching for a long time. I am able to enjoy life in a different way, with more presence, balance, and awareness.
If I had to leave one message, it would be this: you have the ability to change and to feel better, if you truly want it. This journey has shown me that it is possible to build a more aligned, fulfilling, and authentic life.
