A “shift in consciousness” can be understood as a profound process of inner transformation.
This process may involve greater self-awareness, a new perspective on life and deeper personal or spiritual growth. A person may develop a clearer understanding of their values, greater empathy towards others and a stronger desire to live more authentically.
As this inner journey unfolds, a different way of being can emerge—more aware, grounded and present, capable of embracing personal evolution while remaining aligned with one’s deepest aspirations.
In essence, a shift in consciousness can lead to a clearer understanding of ourselves and the world around us, opening the way towards a life experienced with greater meaning and fulfilment.
With deep gratitude, we share the authentic testimony of a client who described her own “shift in consciousness” in a letter sent by email. The sincerity of her words captures a deeply personal moment in which she experienced a profound connection with herself.
“Last night I went on a journey. The kind of journey that stays in your heart, because that is exactly where I went.
It was one of those moments when you realise that you don’t have to do extraordinary things, that the destination isn’t the purpose—the purpose is you. Because this is your journey, and all you have to do is give yourself permission to take it. I know, put like that it sounds like something you’d find written inside a fortune cookie, something you read and think, ‘Well, that’s nothing new.’ But for me, it was. It was a discovery. For the first time, I truly felt it. I felt myself, in my body and in my essence. And for the first time, I truly cared for myself. I took myself by the hand and spoke to myself with love—genuine love.
A caress on my face, a caress over my heart. I felt a sense of vitality flowing through me, until tears of joy and love began to run down my face. My hand on my chest, my heart beating faster in a way I had never experienced before. And then I started laughing through my tears, because I had reached myself, because of the beautiful journey I was experiencing.
Perhaps it was those simple words spoken that morning that kept circling in my mind: ‘the purpose is to create value.’ Or perhaps it was the energy of a day shared with others that I could feel beneath my skin throughout the day, or that precious hour on Tuesday afternoon.
A thought, that single moment that opened the first small passage. And tomorrow? Tomorrow will be a beautiful Sunday. Or perhaps it won’t. It doesn’t matter. It will be my Sunday.
Thank you, dear Claudia.”
